This gigantic hole in the ground is a disgrace. Because it's on private land, there are NO sanctions for the mining company to put the land back to the way it was or some facsimile. They intend to leave it like this but spread some seed. Feh. They should be made, like some mines, to contour the hole and make it look like the surrounding land. When we take from the Earth, we need to put it back in the best way we can. Sandy
